(Q1) How do I book online ?

First, click on Book Online, Select the type of airport transfer you require between One Way On Arrival or One Way On Departure or Two Way (Arrival & Departure), then key in all the information required in the booking form, key in your debit or credit card information and you're done. Note that it is very important to ensure that you key in a correct email address and leave a telephone number on which you may be contacted including an international prefix.

(Q2) How will I know that my booking is confirmed ?

As soon as your payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking on the email address provided in the booking form. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes please contact us immediately.

(Q3) Your booking page only provides a debit card or credit card method of payment, can I pay by swift transfer or by cash on arrival ?

Unfortunately not, we only accept bookings paid in advance by internationally recognised debit and credit cards. 

(Q4) Your booking page only provides a drop down list for Hotels and Localities, how do I insert a full address for drop off or pick up ?

If you would like to be dropped off or picked up in a particular location, first choose the locality and then insert the full adress for drop off or pick up in the Special Comments section.

(Q5) I forgot to book my airport transfer when I booked my accomodation, can I book it online just before my flight leaves my home country ?

Yes of course, we have implemented state of the art technology which informs our fleet of drivers of your arrival as soon as you book online. We just require 2 hours notice to cater for traffic and client management for Malta bookings and 24 hours notice for Gozo bookings. Its important that you key in the correct date of your departure from your home country and the correct date of your arrival to Malta. For example if you are leaving the UK on the 6th of July at 2300hrs and have a 3 hour flight, then your arrival date in Malta will be on the 7th July @ 0100hrs. If you get confused with the time difference dont worry just ensure you key in the correct flight number and arrival date, this is especially important for after midnight arrivals. If you are still unsure whether you have keyed in the correct details please contact us.

(Q6) What happenss if my flight is delayed ?

We monitor flight delays closely, so rest assured that one of our drivers will be there upon arrival of your aircraft.

(Q7) What happens if my fllight number or my flight time has changed?

Please contact us by phone or by email at to rectifty the matter immediately. If the office number is unavailable or if we do not reply to your email within 24 hours, you may contact your allocated driver, details will be found on your Booking Voucher. Please quote your name and surname and the date when you effected the booking online.

(Q8) How will I recognise your driver ?

Upon arrival to Malta and once you have cleared immigration and customs, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name and surname printed on a mid sized notice. In your booking voucher we will also provide you with the telephone number of your allocated driver in case of concern or difficulty.

(Q9) What happens if for some reason I am stuck in customs or have to report a lost lugagge ?

Our drivers usually allow enough time for these events, however it is always prudent to contact the driver and inform him or her that you have arrived to Malta but that you are delayed in customs for some reason. In your booking voucher we will also provide you with the telephone number of your allocated driver in case of concern or difficulty.

(Q10) I have alot of luggage, do I need to inform you ?

Yes its important to inform us if you have alot or bulky luggages as our cars can accomodate a maximum of 4 persons and 4 small luggages. You may make note of this in the special notes section of our booking form, we also recommend that you contact us by phone or send us an email after booking to ensure that our drivers are informed. If you have exccessive luggage, we will need to send a Min Van to collect you, even though you would have booked and paid for a chauffer driven car.  As the cost of a car and a Mini Van differs, an additional charge may apply which you may pay in cash on arrival to one of our drivers or as otherwise instructed by our staff.

(Q11) I am travelling with my children who are under 2 years of age and require one or more baby seats, do I need to inform you  ?

Yes its important to inform us if you require baby seats for children up to 2 years. You may do so in the special notes section of our booking form, we also recommend that you contact us by phone or send us an email after booking to ensure that our drivers are informed.

(Q12) Do your vehicles cater for persons with special needs ?

Not all our vehicles cater for persons with special needs, so its important to inform us if you are travelling with someone with special needs. You may do so in the special notes section of our booking form, however we also recommend that you contact us by phone or send us an email after booking to ensure that our drivers are informed and in order to ensure that the appropriate vehicle is sent to pick you up.

(Q13) I made a booking online but just realised that I keyed in the wrong date or wrong arrival time, what can I do to rectify this ?

Please contact us by phone or by email, to rectifty the matter immediately. If you realise you keyed in the wrong details at the last minute please contact your allocated driver shown in your booking voucher.

(Q14) I made a booking online but I want to cancel this booking, how do I do this ?

Please contact us by phone or by email for cancellations. Please note that cancellations may be subject to fees. Please check our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.

(Q15) Your website states that a private chauffer driven car can accomodate 4 persons, but we are only 2 persons, will we get a discount ?

Unfortunately not, our rates are quoted per car, so if you are 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons the rate is the same.

(Q16) Your website states that a mini van can accomodate 9 persons, but we are only 5, will we get a discount ?

Unfortunately not, our rates are quoted per minivan, so if you are 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9  persons the rate is the same.

(Q17) We are 18 persons, can we book 2 Minivans ?

Yes of course, however you willl have to make 2 separate bookings, as the maximum number of persons per booking is 9 persons.

(Q18) I would like to book an Aiprort Transfer to Gozo, but I do not see any hotels or localities in Gozo, how do I book for Gozo ?

Our Prices for all Gozo destinations are identical and are based on the number of persons, irrespective of the location. However once you select Gozo you may key in the desired locality or full address. Note that Aiport Transfers to Gozo do not include traveller ferry tickets.

(Q19) I would like to book a One Way Aiport Transfer From the Airport To a Locality, Is this possible ?

Yes of course, just select Airport Transfer on Arrival, select the locality and key in the full drop off address in the special comments section.

(Q20) I would like to book a One Way Aiport Transfer From a Locality To the Airport, Is this possible ?

Yes of course, just select Airport Transfer on Departure, select the locality and key in the full pick up address in the special comments section.

(Q21) I would like to book a Two Way Aiport Transfer From Hotel/Locality To Airport To Hotel/Locality, Is this possible ?

Unfortunately not, we only provide Two Way Airport Transfers From Airport To Hotel/Locality To Airport.

(Q22) I booked a Two Way Aiport Transfer From Airport To Hotel/Locality To Airport - but I am not sure I allocated enough time to get to the Airport on the Departure leg - what shall I do?

Upon arrival to Malta please inform our driver whether you have allocated enough time for your departure leg, he will be glad to give you his advice and suggest an earlier pick up time if neccessary. In your booking voucher we will also provide you with the telephone number of your allocated driver in case of concern or difficulty. 

(Q23) I booked an Aiport Transfer From a Locality To Airport - but I am not sure that the driver will find my pick up location - what shall I do?

Don't worry our drivers know all localities in Malta, If you have inserted a full local address in the Special Comments Section, this is sufficient for our driver to find you. In your booking voucher we will also provide you with the telephone number of your allocated driver in case of concern or difficulty. If you are still unsure do not hesitate to contact us by phone or by email.

(Q24) I would like to book a VIP transfer, do you provide VIP vehicles?

All Cars and Mini Vans Booked Online are standard vehicles, however we can provide VIP Transfers in an AUDI A4, BMW 7 Series or a MERCEDES VITO. If you would like to book one of these vehicles please contact us by phone or by email

(Q25) Do you provide booking facilities for Malta Hotels?
